Our state-of-the-art laser produces a highly focused beam of light that is absorbed by dark pigment in the hair follicle. Laser energy is converted to heat and destroys the follicle, impeding its ability to generate a new hair. Since many hair follicles can be treated at once, laser hair removal treatments are appropriate for large areas such as the legs, thighs, and back.
Laser hair removal treatments may last anywhere from a few minutes to a full hour, depending on the size of the area being treated. We use a cooling hand piece to soothe your skin during the procedure, making it suitable for even sensitive skin. Many people compare the sensation to the snap of a rubber band. Expect to resume your normal activities after your treatments.
Laser is most effective when treating hairs in the active growth stage (anagen). Since you never have your full complement of hair at once, it will be necessary to have multiple laser hair treatments over a period of several months. Waxing
How to prepare for a Brazilian Bikini wax?
Don’t be embarrassed like your doctor, anyone specializing in ‘extreme’ bikini waxing has seen it all before (literally) and will do their best to put you at ease.
If you are very sensitive in that area take an Advil 30 minutes before coming in for your waxing services. That is if you are not allergic to Advil.
Do exfoliate after a Brazilian bikini wax and if you are prone to ingrown hair then you will need to purchase Tend skin and apply it on that area 24 hours after your waxing service.
Do go prepared if it’s your first wax, or you haven’t been recently, you should trim your hairs to about 2cm or less (but leave enough for the wax to hold on to).
Do relax yes, because getting a Brazilian Bikini wax done is easier then you think. Take a deep breath and then lie back and think of how sexy you will look without any hair for at least four weeks.
